Kyle Zuelke is a 5-time Emmy, Peabody, and duPont-Columbia honored Director of Photography. He founded Z Squared in 2016 after 13 years on the I-Team at KLAS-TV Las Vegas.
Kyle started his career in Omaha in 2002, then made his way to KLAS-TV in Las Vegas in 2003. He spent the next thirteen years shooting and editing for the nationally-acclaimed I-Team — Channel 8's investigative unit and one of the most awarded local-news shops in the country.
The work earned five Emmys, a duPont-Columbia, a Peabody, and the Society of Professional Journalists' Sigma Delta Chi Award. The credits piled up. So did the late nights and the war stories.
In 2016 he made the jump and founded Z Squared Multimedia Productions. The mission was simple: bring the same network-level craft to clients who needed it on demand — sports broadcasts, brand documentaries, live events, and the kind of long-form work that's hard to find on a freelance day rate.
Today the company crews network sports for ESPN, NFL Network, and UFC; runs live transmission from Allegiant Stadium and SoFi; and produces brand and documentary work that punches above its budget. Vegas based. Crewing nationwide.
